Esta extraña actitud fue analizada por el ex ministro Samuel Moncada, quien no dudó que esta decisión del TSJ que favorece por rebote a RCTV impide la ejecución de planes de victimización, preparados por los dueños de esta televisora, que incluyen el despido de trabajadores y la reactivación de la campaña internacional contra Venezuela.
